Our physiotherapist’s
-hold a minimum 3 year degree BSc (Hons)Physiotherapy
-have being employed by the NHS or HSE
-are members of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists
-are members of CORU – Ireland’s multi-profession health regulator.

Note – The term “Physiotherapist” is not evidence of a formal qualification in Physiotherapy – look for the initials M.I.S.C.P after your physiotherapist’s name to ensure they are Chartered.

MEET THE PHYSIO

Kieran Quigley MSc Sports Physiotherapy 2015, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy 2004, M.I.S.C.P

Kieran graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2004.  Following this he has worked in the NHS, HSE and private practice and has accumulated nearly 15 years’ experience working with a diversity of people ranging from elite sports people, office workers, sedentary people and people with chronic pain.

Kieran recently graduated with an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from UCD and completed is thesis on the effectiveness of a neuromuscular warm-up programme (“GAA 15”) on dynamic balance and landing control in adult Gaelic footballers.

Kieran has a keen interest in sports and has provided physiotherapy services to Louth Senior/Minor and underage GAA teams, Dundalk F.C and numerous GAA and Soccer clubs in counties Monaghan, Fermanagh and Louth.

In his spare time, Kieran enjoys reading supporting Monaghan GAA, cycling and golf.
